This is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is legally binding.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your
decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below,
but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough that you send
your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal
period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you (with the exception of delivery costs and any additional costs arising from your having chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send the goods back to us or hand them over without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Cost of returning the goods
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Loss of value
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods where that loss of value is due to handling of them that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Voluntary 30-day right of return
We are 100% convinced of the quality of the Nordstealth Body Sling. In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal we therefore offer you a voluntary right of return of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods.
This right of return lets you withdraw from the contract even after the statutory withdrawal period (see above) has expired. It is, however, a condition of exercising the voluntary right of return that you have only worn the goods to try them on (as you would in a shop) and that you return them complete, undamaged, in their original condition and in their original packaging. The statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected by these rules on the voluntary right of return and continues to apply independently of it.

Our business address in Dietmannsried is an administrative address. To guarantee a fast refund and smooth logistics we strongly ask you not to send returns to that address on your own initiative.
