1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.nordstealth.com by consumers or businesses.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting your order you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email immediately. The contract of sale comes into being with our order confirmation or with delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros. Beyond the purchase price shown and the shipping costs, no further costs arise for you.

Available options include:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (invoice, instalments)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

Which methods are available in each case is shown at checkout.

5. Delivery and shipping

We deliver to Germany, Austria and further selected EU countries, and on request to selected countries outside the EU. Normal delivery time is 1 to 3 working days, in exceptional cases up to 7 working days. Details are set out in our shipping policy.

Delays may occur in cases of force majeure or supply difficulties at our partners. In such cases we will inform you in good time.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Conditions and deadlines are set out in our withdrawal policy.

8. Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. Our liability for simple negligence is excluded unless material contractual obligations are affected. In the case of an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty we are liable without restriction. Liability for damage arising from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

9. Return postage

In the event of withdrawal you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless agreed otherwise or the goods were faulty.

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers within the EU the statutory place of jurisdiction applies. For businesses the place of jurisdiction is our registered place of business.

11. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
