Shipping policy

Shipping costs
We offer insured premium shipping to Germany, Austria and further selected EU countries at a flat rate of €4.99. For deliveries outside the EU (for example the USA, Canada, Switzerland) the exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. In exceptional cases, for instance because of customs clearance, public holidays or a high volume of orders, it can take up to 7 working days. The delivery period begins on the day following receipt of your payment in full.
Carriers and parcel tracking
Delivery to your door is handled by partners such as DHL, Hermes, DPD or Austrian Post. As soon as your order is on its way you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check its status at any time on our parcel tracking page.
Customs duties and import charges
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the recipient. Please check with your customs authority in advance.
Undeliverable parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of acceptance or failure to collect it from a pick-up point, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting return costs from the refund.
